The tour got canceled because the people that do it "Denfeld Alumni Assoc." is putting on the Centennial & Hall of Fame deal the same day/night.

Hi there, are they doing a tour of Denfeld or anything like that? That would be fun. Or because of the demo, we cant do that.

Thanks Dan. A few of us are planning that same thing on Saturday although I have not called in tee times. I most likely cannot play Friday, I may stop into the DryDock in the early afternoon to see if you all are having a "19th Holer". Its nice to see others organizing themselves for activities. Great Job!

A bunch of us took Friday off from work and are golfing at Grandview. I have five tee times starting at 11:00 AM, so if you want to join us, call in and add some tee times. Along with me there is Willi, Mark, Jeff, Walt, Hak, Tony...you get the idea...

Denfeld Hockey is having a golf fundraiser on Saturday, August 1st at Enger, if anyone is interested.

The $20 covers all the expenses for Saturday night. Hall, beer, any food, shirts, DJ, and any money due our committee for the website, newspaper ad, and mailings.

Spouses are invited both nights. Friday is a "8-year" mixe but I'm quite sure it will be our class and a handful of other classes.

Is Friday night for classmates only or are spouses invited? I heard Friday is a 10 year mixer. If it is at the BUFF, it will be crowded with all classmates and spouses. Just wondering so we can let our spouses know what is going on. Thanks!

What does the $20 cover?

We are kicking around the new and improved Grandview but not Enger nor Nemaji. Too far whe drinking may be involved.

Too bad we can't have a picnic so all of our kids could meet and have it be potluck.

Russ or Lori, do you know if anyone is getting a group of people to golf. Don't get to play much back there so if anyone wants to play lets put it out there. Enger or Nemaji? either one!

* I think Russ may have confused some.. OPEN bar.. Ithink he ment CASH bar. LOL

* I ordered 50 T-shirts for the reunion. They are $10.
They will be available on Friday night.
* I am willing to make some "Classmates NOW" poster boards for Saturday night, so if you have pix of you and your family you would like to share bring them on Friday night w/ names ect. on the back.
*Some have asked about price for spouse. Friday is $5 each person. ANY class that comes.

I just stumbled across this site after seeing the invite in the paper. What a cool idea! Whoever made the "Denfeld Hair" comment about me, Nelly, and Wesley--- well you'll have to answer to me on the 1st of August!

What time does the reunion start on Saturday because they are having the all class reunion dance at Denfeld the same night in Denfelds gym at 7:30

Dave, I would say dress as you like. Casual is how I'll dress for both nights.

Russ, What is the dress attire for the two days. Friday, I imagine is casual, but is Saturday a little more dressy?

I was so totally bummed out 10 years ago on the other reunion since I think I was out of town, but this time I am planning on being in town. I can NOT believe it has been 20 years. I am looking forward to seeing you all!! I am married, 6 years this summer, and I have a 4 year old daughter (Emma). I am a early childhood special education teacher at the Edison Charter schools here in Duluth. I know, raised in ISD 709 but now work for the Edison district..weird, eh? BUT I love it. I have been there almost 8 years. I love being addicted to Facebook.

Wow, the time flys!! We are not getting any younger are we? It is fun to hear what some of you have been up to all these years. I have been busy with my husband, 5 kids, and my job at the Birthplace.
Brenda Mondeau was just reminding me about my silver Chevette that wouldn't make it up 24th Ave W to her house after school. I had to make her walk home the rest of the way. Hope to see you all.

Thanks for the heads up on the reunion what time does it start on Sat. because I can't make it on Friday. Has anyone heard from Mari Rydland or Kevin Ross lately? Are they coming to the reunion?

Friday is also at the Buff. We plan on posting something in the Paper. We could send something out in the mail but our address list is dated and many have moved since it was last printed.

Cost for Saturday is $20 per person.

I am looking forward to the 20 year reunion. The Classmates website does not say anything so I had to do some searching to find out when and where it was going to be. I have a daughter graduation from Denfeld this year and just had twin boys 14 weeks ago. I look forward to catching up with everyone at the reuion. Great job with the website Lori.

Well i never thought to look here to see if anyone was alright! Apears you all arew doing well. Im glad to know I went to school with great people. Its nice to hear you are all well as best I can tell. I still visit to fish in Duluth but that is all I have done there since school. God love Sammys Pizza!

It has been great catching up with people on facebook and now there is finally a '89 site....great job Lori and Russ.....I cannot believe that it has been 20 years, I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion this year.

Between this site and Facebook, I have been having a BLAST reconnecting with everyone! It really makes waiting for the Reunion hard to do! Seems like there is no way we could be out of HS for 20 years, yet when I look out at the snow, it seems like forever until this summer! So Looking forward to partying and catching up with everyone!

Hi everyone Since I left Duluth, I have been in and out of the Army. After the Army, I checked out Biloxi for a few months when I decided to move to Phoenix where my family moved to. I have been here since 2000. I started school a couple of times until I settled into getting two Associate Degrees, one in Forensic Tecnology(Dec 2008) and one in Admin. of Justice (May 2009). If everything goes right, I will get a BS in Sustainability at ASU in a couple years. Later.

Wow, how cool is it that we have our own website. We must be big time now. I am looking forward to making the reunion. My DH is slated to leave in June for Iraq so I won't have to wait to find out if he can get leave. I will just have to attend without him again. For all the Morgan Parkers I will have to dig out some of the pics I have of parties at "the river" or "the golf course" in Riverside. Ah those were the days. Looking forward to seeing many of you in 2009.

A 13 year old daughter, mine is 5 and I am not looking forward to what 13 brings..only fear is that she will be like me. Oh the insanity...
What is a "Performing Arts" school? Drama?

The usual, three amazing kids, Maranne 13, Aaron 9, Evan 8. My boys are both in hockey also. Maranne is at a performing arts middle school, she is her mother's daughter, very outgoing. Was divorced in 05, have since found "the one", Jim. Incredibly happy with my life. Enrolled in grad school, will finish two weeks after our reunion. Worked in human services running group homes for 10 years and recently quit to consult on leadership and team-building. Life is great, I am very blessed! And I am the only one who has talked this much so far, well some things never change! Who's next, give up some details. This is fun!

ha!ha!ha...Kathy! i really thought barton's peak was for real and not a joke! you had to blow it didn't you! anyway, yes i can get a hold of lori steinke. i just ran into melissa and dave 2 days ago! they always give me shit about everything we put them through! parker, remember being held hostage at their house? OMG! we were evil children. hopefully we wont be paid back for all of our misdeeds as teenagers. (my son is 13 now) talk soon everyone!
